About UsDepartment of Commerce was established in 2013 with the aim of providing education to the students mainly in the coastal and rural area of Tanur. The department is offering an undergraduate course in Commerce (B Com Computer application) with intake of 40 students. The department aims to provide not only commerce education but also all round development of students. Commerce department arranges various activities for improving student’s practical knowledge through Industrial visits, class room seminars, Group discussions, Guest lectures etc. The subject knowledge of students is evaluated through internal tests, group discussions, oral tests and assessment of assignments, and project work. Final evaluation is through the University examinations conducted at the end of each semester |
